p000 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) registering an account for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the p000 platform. Registering or operating more than one account — including accounts in different names or using different payment methods to disguise ownership — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and your preferred payment method. You are required to ensure that all details provided are accurate and complete. p000 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There are no deposit fees charged by p000 for standard deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of p000's control. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

All bonuses at p000 are opt-in by default. This means your deposit will not automatically be linked to a bonus unless you actively opt in before making the qualifying deposit. Once a deposit is made without opting in, it generally cannot be retroactively linked to a bonus offer.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before the bonus amount (or winnings derived from bonus funds) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple is stated on each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed or if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited and the bonus amount is removed from the account balance.

Once a bet has been confirmed on the p000 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where p000 expressly offers a cash-out or bet amendment feature for that specific market. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds — before confirming.

• Minimum bet on sports markets at p000 is ₱50. There is no universal maximum bet; individual market limits apply and are displayed on the betting interface.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed before the required completion point, p000 will void all unsettled bets and return stakes to player wallets automatically.
• Where an obvious pricing error has occurred (e.g., incorrect odds due to a data feed error), p000 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward p000 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits p000's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

p000 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes — such as changes to deposit limits, withdrawal processing, or player rights — p000 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via email and/or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
